Get a Readiness Review: We’ll send you our Artist Readiness Self-Check (it’s quick — 2 minutes). This helps you see if your song meets broadcast standards or what you might need to fix.
Ready for Airplay?: If your track passes the review, send us your bio and press photo. We’ll move it into final review and schedule it for rotation — you’re in the running!
Not Quite There Yet?:If something’s missing, don’t worry. You’ll see exactly what needs improvement. Then, if you want a fast path forward, pick up The Artist Compliance Manual™ — it walks you through every fix step-by-step.
Submit the Final Version / Assets: Once all the missing pieces are fixed (or if you were already ready), send us your updated version, artwork, and metadata. We’ll do the last checks..
Get On Air: When everything checks out, your track goes live. We’ll notify you of the airplay date and help promote your song so it gains listeners, plays, and recognition
Frequently Asked Questions
What does “radio-ready” mean?
“Radio-ready” means your track meets technical, legal, and formatting standards that allow it to be played on air without issues. That includes clear audio quality, proper licensing, correct metadata (artist name, track name, ISRC, etc.), and ensuring all rights (beats, samples) are cleared.
How long does it take for my music to be reviewed??
Once you submit your song and complete the Readiness Self-Check (if required), our team typically completes the review within 3–7 business days. You'll receive email updates at each stage of the process.
If my track isn’t ready, what do I do next??
No worries — most artists start here. If the self-check shows missing areas, you’ll be directed to The Artist Compliance Manual™, which walks you step-by-step through fixes. After adjustments, you can resubmit for review.
Do you charge for airtime or for plays??
No — Industry Free Radio does not charge you to have your music played. Our model focuses on helping you meet industry standards so your music can be aired properly. We only sell educational / compliance tools (like The Artist Compliance Manual™) to support that process.
